FILING A COMPLAINT

As a web development company in India, we at Webwin IT prioritize the results of every project we undertake. We strongly believe in shared accountability with our clients and strive to find mutually acceptable solutions in case of any dissatisfaction. Refunds should only be considered as a last resort when all other attempts to resolve the issue have failed.

Our primary objective is to find a compromise that benefits everyone involved. Therefore, if you are contemplating a refund claim, we request you to get in touch with us at info@webwinit.com for a final discussion before initiating the same. 

Remember, a refund request should only be made if an agreement cannot be reached after a thorough conversation. We assure you that we will do our best to address your concerns and provide you with an optimal solution.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Our Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity on the circumstances under which you can receive a refund. 

Full Refund: 

If your project has not yet commenced or if you have not accepted the proposed design style, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: 

If you have accepted the original design style, but the delivery does not adhere to our delivery policy, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.

No Refund: 

Unfortunately, project phases that are already underway cannot be refunded. Additionally, due to their limited availability and expiration dates, special marketing services cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We would like to inform you that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process on Webwin IT.

CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS

We believe in being transparent and straightforward about our cancellation policy. Below are the main conditions:

Initiating Cancellation: You can ask for cancellation by contacting our billing department or account manager. However, please note that the concerned department must approve cancellation requests.

Timing of Cancellation: In order to be eligible for cancellation, your request must be made within 24 hours of placing your order and before the project begins.

Exclusion of Third-Party Services: We do not cover services provided by third-party vendors, such as hosting, web development, content creation, and other similar services, under our cancellation policy.
